I want a painting on your website. What should I do?

Send me an email identifying the piece you like and we can take it from there.

 

Why aren't your larger paintings available in the Online Shop?

Larger paintings are heavy and shipping costs can be prohibitive - especially when an artwork weighs 40 lbs!. This is why I encourage collectors to email me so that we can discuss a safe, convenient and cost-effective method of delivery.

 

I changed my mind after emailing you, what do I do? 

You are under no obligation to purchase anything after inquiring about a painting. Simply send me an email indicating that you are no longer interested in the work.

 

How can I pay?

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. I accept all major credit cards online via Square, Stripe and PayPal. I also accept cash in person. 

 

Does the artwork need to be framed? 

No. I take special care in finishing the edges of the artwork to give it a sleek and streamlined look. However, should you wish to frame the work, I recommend only using a floater frame.

 

How can I Care for the artwork?

SHIPPING

Every situation will be different when it comes to delivering the work of art to the buyer. Fee's vary depending on the location of the buyer, the size, and the weight of the painting. Please contact me directly with any questions.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on Available Artwork. For larger paintings, I am happy to create a Photoshopped Mock Up of the artwork in your space, as well as any photos, videos and studio visits to see the artwork in person.
